Floating
Dancing Fountain is installed on a floating tank in the river or lake,
so the fountain performance won’t be affected by the water level
changes. The material of the floating tank could be either cast iron or
stainless according to the water quality and target budget of the
project. Fountain could dance is due to the control system. Generally
two type of control modes are available: one is PLC (programmable
Logistics Controller), another is customized software which
pre-installed on computer. Both type of control modes could adapt to
music fountain or non-music fountain. 

The
advantage of PLC fountain is easy operation. The program has been
pre-written on the PLC, and the fountain will work automatically.
Meanwhile, it is competitive in cost.
The advantage of multimedia
software fountain is to program the fountain performance freely from the
software. So the fountain could express the beauty of water according
to different music.
So generally, Control mode of PLC is more
suitable for smaller fountain, and that of customized Software is more
suitable for lager scale of fountain.
