Feature and application

Aluminum casement door could use double glass with Low-E to comply high thermal insulation requirement.
For some UK projects what we did in Liverpool ,London,Manchester, we can reach U value 1.4 for the whole system based on thermal break system .  
These kinds of casement doors can be extensively applied to the side entrance and as an escape door of the villa, appartment, college,hospital, hotel and so on.

Packing 

1.Make the product clear by air gun , and rub with alcohol,etc.

2.Stick protective film on product’s surface and add cardboard on each angles

3.Fix the panels with film , and fix several panels together by bundle tape

4.Put the finished products into wooden cases, and add waterproof film around, also add hard plastic sheet for fastness.

Shipment

The glass products are fragile, so all process should be handled with care. If customer has any special requirement on packing , we can design and meet accordingly
