This is a Single Layer Double Chamber Laminator with buffer type.

Some clients do not have enough space for the machine, so base on normally single layer with double chamber laminator, we design a buffer structure replace the normal unloading table, In order to shorten the whole length of the laminator.

Main Structures: Loading + Hot Laminating Section 1+ Hot Laminating Section 2 + Buffer Unloader. Two sets Vacuum Pumps with ne set roots pump (Chinese pump or Germany pump can be chosen by customer), Two sets Heating Stations (if electrical heating type, no need heating station)

1.Buffer design can be from 3-8 layers, depends on different size of solar module and different loading type of pv modules.

10.Pirani vacuum gauge and digital display vacuum gauge measure vacuum. Air charging speed in upper chamber is adjustable.
11.Integrated with three control modes of fully-automatic, semi-automatic and manually. It can be actualized fully-automatic loading, laminating and unloading as well as manually loading, laminating and unloading.
12.It is integrated with vacuum technology, pneumatic transmission technology, PID self-tuning technology, programmable control and relay control technology to actualize the complicated processes of laminating and solidifying for mono crystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon solar-cell modules.
13.It has the recording function of characteristic curve for system important parameters (upper & lower vacuum degree, plate surface temperature).

15.The SFD-type laminator is designed as double-chamber structure with two heat-laminating sections, each section has independent heating and vacuum system which is adaptable to continuous production for mono crystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous silicon cells.
16.The upper chamber of SFD-type is designed with circulating Teflon sheet structure, synchronizing with lower conveyor belt, and may realize linking with the automatic assembly line.
